BCBA’s are responsible for the behavior support plans and safety care training of staff at the elementary school. The purpose of behavioral services are to support the classroom staff to implement a successful plan for the individual student. The BCBA also summarizes all behavioral data collected in the classroom and consults to changes based upon current data.
